SHIPPING POLICY
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment process. Most orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days, although that may occasionally extend during high-demand periods or supply chain disruptions.
We ship physical merchandise only within the United States. Shipping timelines vary based on the source of the product:
• In-stock or domestic-based items: Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after fulfillment, depending on the carrier service and destination.
• Overseas-sourced items: When products require international shipping, delivery can range from 10 to 45 business days, depending on the method and logistics involved. 
As soon as a shipping label is created—or an overseas dispatch is confirmed—a tracking notification will be automatically sent to your email. Please be aware that some orders may ship in multiple packages; you will receive tracking details for each.
In compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule, if we are unable to dispatch your order within the stated timeframes above, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Digital products are delivered instantly via download link or access credentials upon payment confirmation. They are considered fulfilled once delivered and are non-refundable except where required by law.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While U.S. federal and Wyoming law do not mandate a universal right of return, Multitasking Ninja LLC voluntarily offers certain protections to ensure a fair and consistent customer experience.
To request a return, exchange, or defect review, customers must e-mail returns@multitasking.ninja within the applicable time frame. The request should include the order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item and its packaging. Requests submitted after the specified periods may be declined.
For custom-made or printed-to-order products, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items may be reported within 14 days of the delivery scan. For standard stock products, unused and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, while damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories. Personalized items, digital products once access has been delivered, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
