ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & DEFINITIONS
By accessing or purchasing from Multitasking Ninja LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at multitasking.ninja (“Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any visitor or buyer.
We may update the Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Notice of material changes will be posted on this page and, when practicable, emailed to registered users in accordance with Wyo. Stat. §17-29-405. If you do not consent to the current Terms, please do not use the Site.
PURCHASES, FULFILLMENT & RETURNS
We ship physical merchandise only within the United States. Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Domestic items typically arrive in 3–8 business days after fulfillment, while certain overseas-sourced or special-order products may take 15–45 business days.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer a revised date or full refund in line with FTC rules.
Return windows vary: Custom or printed-to-order items with defects must be reported within 30 days; standard items within 14 days, and defects within 5 days. All returns require prior authorization and must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags. Personalized items, delivered digital products, gift cards, and “final sale” items are non-returnable except as required by law.
Digital products are delivered instantly and considered fulfilled once accessed, except where law requires otherwise.
PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other applicable payment methods. Sales tax is calculated at checkout using destination-based rates required under the Wyoming Sales & Use Tax statutes.
Customers outside Wyoming but within the United States may incur sales tax in other states if applicable under “economic nexus” rules. Buyers are responsible for any state or local tax obligations in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Products and services are provided “AS IS” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (UCC §2-316). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before litigation, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation in Sheridan, Wyoming. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Wyoming state or U.S. federal courts within the District of Wyoming.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
